Surrounding the plains are the Cardamom Mountains to the southwest and the Dangrek Mountains to the north, adding to the nation's diverse topography. The coastline along the Gulf of Thailand offers beautiful beaches and mangroves, contributing to Cambodia's rich natural heritage.
